You may be entitled to a refund for the item you have purchased if the item is:
(a) faulty and the defect or fault was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or it was not apparent in the item photos before purchase; or
(b) not 'of merchantable quality', meaning it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, keeping in mind the way the item is described, the the materials used, and the price of the item;
and you return the item within 14 days of the marked postage date and please provide proof of purchase.

We have the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause the fault in the item. Please provide us with photographs of the item with original packaging to be entitled to your refund of the item(s) purchase price.

We do not facilitate refunds on items based on change of mind.


We do not facilitate exchange of item based on change of mind. However, if you are entitled to a refund based on our ‘refund’ policy and would prefer to exchange for an item of equivalent value we can assist with this.


If you are entitled to a refund based on our ‘refund’ policy and wish to return your purchase via post, we ask you use a trackable service and package the item to prevent any damage during transit. 

Your refund will be processed once we receive your return package and you will receive a conformation email.
